If you're a foodie and you've been living in DC for a while, then the name, Jose Andres and the restaurant, Jaleo should be far from foreign for you. However, if this is the first time you're hearing both names, then that's completely fine too. This is the reason why I'm here for you. 

¡Vámonos! 

Jose Andres never disappoints and sure knows how to keep your stomach satisfied. If you haven't already, make sure you stop by his restaurants. I do want to note that Jaleo is a Spanish Tapas-style restaurant, so you'll have to order multiple small plates and it's best shared and eaten family style.

10/10 I would go back.
