So, my mom and I don't eat a lot of food, so this was a lot for us but on the bright side, at least I got to take them home as leftovers? Can't let food go to waste!

I used to hate japchae as a kid but as I got older, this food started to grow on me. It's probably now one of my favorite dishes.
