Niwano Hana, Japanese Food MD

I've been exploring the Maryland food scene a bit more lately, so I decided to stop by Niwano Hana in Maryland. Okay, let's start. 

First time here

The restaurant is fairly big, so they should be able to accommodate a large group.

They had everything from rolls, teriyaki, udon, to tonkatsu. 

Chicken Udon

The friends I came here with said their udon dish was the best item on their menu here, so I went ahead with their recommendation and ordered this. 

Overall, this wasn't my favorite restaurant. Their udon was too salty, I took a bite out of my friend's salmon roll and it wasn’t fresh. I'll have to do a bit more searching for affordable Japanese restaurants in the Maryland area.

This was my first and will be my last visit.
